Monitor Electric participates in VKSS-2007 exhibition
On November 26-29, 2007, Monitor Electric took part in 10th annual exhibition "Corporate networks and communication systems".
Guests of our showcase were told about new release of СК-2007— SCADA\EMS. IT experts, representatives of state and commercial companies were greatly interested in potential use of the product as program-technical platform that provides implementation of various tasks involving human-machine interface.
SCADA/EMS CK-2007 development and testing complete
New generation of SCADA/EMS CK was designed to significantly improve accuracy and rate of data processing. The whole architecture was redesigned so that now all data would be stored directly into industrial DBMS.
Version 7.0 supports two time stamps accurate within milliseconds.
New solutions in Belarus
At the workshop that was held on 26 September, 2007 in "Brestenergo" Training center, experts of Monitor Electric presented our software product – "SCADA/EMS CK" and "Electronic LogBook". For the first time the coming release of SCADA/EMS CK-2007 features, specification and advantages were announced to the general public.
The document of hardware-software solution "Electronic LogBook" commissioning availability was signed in SO-CDU UES
On August 15–17, 2007 the Acceptance committee worked in the Executive body of SO-CDU UES.
After considering the results of acceptance tests the Acceptance committee signed the report of hardware-software solution "Electronic LogBook" commissioning in SO-CDU UES availability.
International contracts
On 5–8 June, 2007 the CIMug Meeting was held in the Elektrum, in Arnhem, the Netherlands, with the topic "Standards for Enterprise Wide System Integration and Information Exchange". Experts of our company also took part in the meeting with the participation of such top developers as NERC, Siemens, AREVA, ABB, OPC Foundation and representatives of power companies form Europe, USA and South Korea.
SCADA/EMS CK-2003 implemented in AO Mosenergo
SCADA/EMS CK-2003 was successfully implemented in the central dispatching department of the largest territorial generating company in Russia—AO Mosenergo. In short terms SCADA was installed on the state-of-the-art hardware (blade servers, external disk storages). Experts of Mosenergo data-computing center (DCC) underwent training in the Training Center at Monitor Electric in Pyatigorsk. They organized receive of telemetric data from a central transmitter-receiver station together with the experts of RTSoft and Moscow RDO.
Participation in scientific and technical exhibition "Modern systems of data collection, transfer, processing and display at power system resources – 2007"
Our company experts took part in the 8th specialized exhibition-workshop on May, 21–25. An independent version of Electronic LogBook was presented for the first time at the workshop. It enables enterprises of the industry to automate routine work of handwriting when logging, as well as to get new facilities like searching, analysis, and report building.
Monitor Electric participates in the exhibition "Power and communication systems - 2007"
On 17-20, April, 2007 "Monitor Electric" presented the latest version of its software product SCADA/EMS CK-2003 v.5.1 in demo mode at the International specialized exhibition "Power and communication systems 2007". Company experts made a report at the scientific and technical conference that took place during the exhibition.
Data system creation at Novocherkasskaya HPP
On March, 30th a special committee held acceptance of the 2nd stage of data system creation at Novocherkasskaya HPP. New data system is being created according to requirements for the participants of balancing market. The works were done undertime by "RITEC-SOYUZ" and "Monitor Electric" companies with hands on of the plant experts.
Multilayer screen display system
On March, 28th in St.-Petersburg there took place meeting and testing of a new system for dynamic display of power system mode and parameters on the screen of Leningrad RDO. Multilayer screen display system was developed by Monitor Electric together with the "National Research and Development Institute of Electric Power Industry", Open JSC, "Shkola-Info" JSC with the help of Leningrad RDO, and works under control of SCADA/EMS CK-2003.
