In March 2022, after a two-year break, Russia's largest International Electric Networks Forum was held. Monitor Electric presented new and promising developments, including import substitution solutions for automated control systems of power systems, electric networks, and power supply systems.

The key element of the Monitor Electric exhibition stand was a prototype of the CK-21 SCADA/EMS/ADMS system for managing power systems and electric networks.

In addition to new functional capabilities, CK-21 will make it possible to fully achieve import substitution by using domestic operating systems and DBMS.
