In December 2023, automated operational documentation systems running on the CK-11 platform were successfully put into commercial operation at Phosphorit Industrial Group LLC and EuroChem North-West JSC, both located within the Phosphorit industrial zone in the Kingisepp District of Leningrad Oblast.

The automation of operational documentation management required adapting the CK-11 electronic logbooks to the specifics of chemical production. During the project, information models were created containing electrical and process equipment as well as production facilities of the two plants. The functionality for managing both operational and process requests was adapted within CK.Outage Requests, the request management system, and the integration between the electronic logbooks was expanded to improve situational awareness for operational dispatching personnel.

The following systems were deployed at the workplaces of the industrial plants:
- electronic operational logbook;
- technical and administrative orders logbook;
- work permits and orders logbook;
- equipment defects and malfunctions logbook;
- request management logbook;
- switching form register;
- personnel training planning and tracking logbook.

These deployments brought positive experience in working with industrial enterprises, and in 2024 it is planned to continue rolling out the electronic logbook solution across the enterprises of EuroChem MCC JSC.
