On December 20, 2023, the CK.Outage Requests software, the request management system, successfully passed testing for the exchange of equipment outage requests between the Smolensk NPP branch of Rosenergoatom Concern JSC and the Central ODU branch of SO UPS JSC.

CK.Outage Requests is a software product that fully automates the business processes of managing requests for taking plant equipment out for repair. It operates on a common information model and can be deployed both as a standalone solution and as part of SCADA/DMS systems, delivering a synergistic effect when used together with other CK-11 software applications. It supports all the necessary data exchange tools with the ASUREO software suite and CIM-ZRP. Deployments at customer sites began in 2020. In 2023, the import substitution of CK.Outage Requests was completed with the implementation of web applications for users and administrators.

The testing was conducted as part of the deployment of a fully import-substituted centralized NPP operational planning system built on the CK-11 platform. During the request exchange, the mechanisms for approval, rejection, withdrawal, and extension of requests were successfully verified, along with all user workflow scenarios. The system's readiness for pilot commercial operation at the branches of Rosenergoatom Concern JSC was confirmed.

On the same day, similar testing was carried out at the Norilsk-Taimyr Energy Company (NTEC), where the exchange of equipment outage requests between NTEC and the Krasnoyarsk RDU branch of SO UPS JSC was successfully verified.
