On November 17, 2023, Moscow hosted the 5th annual Enterprise Agile Russia conference dedicated to accelerating business agility of large companies. The conference brings together and showcases successful Agile transformation cases from large organizations across various industries in Russia and abroad, featuring widely adopted Enterprise Agility frameworks such as SAFe®, LeSS, OKR, Nexus, and others. This year, the event was attended by more than 500 participants. The speakers shared their Agile transformation experience from major domestic companies, including Sber, VTB, Gazprom Neft, Tinkoff, OTP Bank, Avito, Alfa-Bank, HH.RU, VSK, SIBUR, Rostelecom, and Sportmaster. The conference also featured representatives from the public sector who shared their experience in the digitalization of government services. Monitor Electric presented a talk titled «Coping with Growing Product Complexity: The SAFe® Silver Bullet». The audience appreciated the unconventional format of the presentation by Andrey Brodsky, Head of the Lean-Agile Competence Center at Monitor Electric, who used a fairy-tale narrative to describe how a domestic company leveraged the SAFe® framework to manage the growing complexity of its products. The talk covered the company's experience in selecting a production management framework, overcoming the obstacles encountered during SAFe implementation, and the results achieved through the transformation. Of particular interest were the tools developed by our company for preparing and conducting quarterly planning and lean portfolio management, as there are currently no ready-made domestic solutions on the market for automating these processes.
