SPECIALISED COURSES FOR CLIENTS AND PARTNERS
The Monitor Electric Training Centre held specialised in-person courses in Pyatigorsk, dedicated to studying the features, developing administration and operation skills for the CK-11 system and other software products. The courses were attended by representatives of ZapSibNeftekhim, Kamchatskenergo, IEC «Energy Efficient Technologies,» NefteKhimProekt association, Rosseti Tsifra, and Unitel Engineering.Participants examined in detail the nuances of working with various information transfer protocols, telemetry data processing parameters, and other capabilities of the Monitor Electric product ecosystem. Particular interest was generated by the CK.Advanced Metering HES platform, which combines technical accounting of various energy resources with high-speed data collection from metering devices, enhancing observability of non-telemechanised sections of electrical networks.
The course programme was tailored to the participants' requests: Monitor Electric specialists prepared detailed presentations addressing pre-submitted questions. Additionally, upon request, individual demonstrations were conducted when new topics emerged during discussions.
«Our flexible approach allows us to adapt consultation courses to the real needs of businesses. Participants received comprehensive answers to their questions, saw practical solutions to specific work tasks, and clarified technical details important to their companies,» said Andrey Brodsky, Head of the Monitor Electric Training Centre.
The next intake of trainees is expected in May — the Training Centre is preparing a programme for guests from Kazakhstan.
