A new application, Personnel Permissions, has been introduced as part of the CK.Logbooks product suite. It enables the description of employee permissions, including their validity periods and applicable objects, independently of the information model.

Integration with other electronic logbooks on the CK-11 platform has been established. In particular, the current employee list in the Work Orders and Instructions Logbook is now generated based on data from the Personnel Permissions application, while integration with the Event Logbook allows automatic updating of electrical safety groups and work access permissions for employees upon recording of knowledge assessment results.

One of the key advantages of the new application is the ability to manage permissions not only for company employees but also for colleagues from contractor organisations who do not have system access. Thus, contractor personnel are not added to the information model, yet they receive all the necessary rights to perform work.

The employee list and their permissions can be exported in XLSX format for further information exchange between electric power industry entities.
