An indication has been added to the CK.Outage Requests system interface to alert users about the risk of exceeding repair work durations when the duration is longer than a specified threshold (45 days by default). The timing of the alert can be configured in a few clicks within the system settings.

This improvement applies to «Urgent» and «Emergency» request categories. Thanks to this indication, users are notified in advance about the risk of exceeding repair timelines and can take timely measures, including ensuring successful readiness checks for the autumn-winter period.
