In February 2023, the St. Petersburg office of Monitor Electric JSC hosted consultations for specialists of Rosseti Lenenergo PJSC on conducting emergency response drills using the CK11.Felix dispatcher training simulator, which enables modeling of various network configuration and operating scenarios on the CK-11 information model in real time.

Together with the customer's specialists, a drill scenario was prepared, and an emergency outage of a 110 kV transmission line was modeled and simulated under the conditions of a maintenance switching arrangement of the main equipment at a dead-end (receiving) substation.

The customer noted that conducting drills using the CK11.Felix dispatcher training simulator would help improve the qualification level of personnel in conditions as close to real as possible.
