A mechanism for configuring time‑based technological processes has been introduced into the CK.Advanced Metering HES system for accounting of various resource types, enabling the breakdown of energy consumption by production operations. This improvement allows the chief power engineer's service and planning and economic departments to maintain reliability, reduce operational costs, and enhance energy efficiency based on accurate data.

Previously, the allocation of electricity volumes to specific technological processes was based on averaged information. The lack of time‑based binding did not allow for analysis of peak loads and final resource consumption for each stage. Consequently, actual energy consumption could not be isolated from the overall enterprise data pool.

The new module enables the definition of a list of processes and the setting of time intervals of activity for each. The algorithm automatically correlates meter readings with the corresponding technological operations, generating a detailed model of their energy intensity.

The implementation of this tool ensures a transition from aggregated accounting to operation‑oriented analysis, enabling economically sound management decisions.
