The«Personnel Permissions» application now receives updated employee rights and permissions for performing work, significantly enhancing control and reducing the time required for issuing authorisations. We have previously covered this new application, which enables the description of employee permission structures—along with their validity periods and applicable objects—independently of the information model.

The source of information is the event logbook, from which data is updated in real time based on knowledge assessment results. The following items are now updated within the application:

- Rights to conduct operational communications

- Rights to perform switching operations in electrical installations

- Permissions for work site preparation

- Permissions for work site access

The composition of rights and permissions is determined by the commission secretary in the corresponding field. If a training session does not require the assignment of permissions, the field may be left blank. Validity periods are determined by the date of the next knowledge assessment.

This improvement eliminates the need for manual entry of rights and permissions data. The update is available to users with event logbook versions 1.5 and higher, and the "«Personnel Permissions» application version 1.0.1 and higher.
