Health and safety specialists repeatedly fill out similar documentation during personnel knowledge assessments. In the latest update to the event logbook, we have streamlined their workflow by enabling the transfer of results from an employee's previous assessment. The new feature significantly accelerates the completion of the event card and reduces the volume of manual data entry, while also helping to minimise typos and errors in documentation.

To use the feature, locate the «Fill in» button on the «Knowledge Assessment Results» tab for events that require the generation of an individual knowledge assessment protocol. The data (previous assessment date, score, and electrical safety group) can be transferred by the secretary of the selected commission.
