NEW CAPABILITIES FOR AUTOMATED OPERATIONAL LOGGING
The mutual integration between the Electronic Logbook and the Outage Browser application has been expanded, increasing the level of automation for maintaining operational documentation. Now, two new types of entries related to power restoration and request management are generated without dispatcher intervention.First, automatic entry generation in the Electronic Logbook has been added for managing the restoration of power supply to consumers. Entries are created within the Outage Browser interface based on configurable templates and can be edited before being submitted to the electronic log.
Second, automatic logging of request opening and closing has been introduced. When working with a request in the Outage Browser interface, the dispatcher is presented with a submission window containing pre-filled text. The draft is generated based on the information provided in the request, and the content can be adjusted if necessary.
These new automation tools continue the commitment to improving user experience with Monitor Electric products and reducing the volume of manual data entry. As a reminder, scenarios for entering records into the Electronic Logbook when working with switching programs in the Outage Browser application were previously automated.
