OPERATIONAL LOG MAINTENANCE WHEN WORKING WITH SWITCHING FORMS
As is well known, the use of the electronic Operational Log together with other CK-11 applications for operational and technological management of electrical networks enables automatic entry of approximately 80% of records into the log. In the upcoming version of CK-11 (version 7.1.30, scheduled for release in summer 2026), new scenarios for automated record entry into the Operational Log have been introduced — specifically for operations with switching forms in the Outage Browser application. When performing the following operations in the Outage Browser:
- Authorisation of switching operations per form
- Confirmation of switching execution per form
- Suspension and resumption of switching operations per form
- Cancellation of switching operations per form
The dispatcher will receive a prompt to add a new record to the Operational Log, with the record text generated automatically based on the applicable switching form. The dispatcher only needs to review the proposed text and confirm the operation.
The format of the records can be flexibly adapted to customer requirements in accordance with the templates in use. New Operational Log record templates included in the CK-11 delivery package can be defined during system implementation or adjusted by the administrator at any stage of operation.
