ELIMINATED COMMUNICATION GAPS IN REQUEST HANDLING
The absence of request receipt confirmation and an up-to-date processing status had a destabilising effect on the work of personnel responsible for work execution. In conditions of insufficient transparency for data synchronisation, employees were forced to duplicate requests through informal communication channels, which violated document flow regulations. Manual transfer of intervals from the annual plan to the monthly schedule is a resource-intensive operation prone to errors that could lead to calendar conflicts and disruptions in repair campaign synchronisation. The combination of these factors not only increased staff workload but also created systemic prerequisites for deviations from the approved network operation regime. The response to these challenges was the integration into the CK.Outage Requests platform of a guaranteed notification mechanism with delivery confirmation, which closes the feedback loop with the request originator. The system automatically informs the user of the need for adjustments, the fact of non-receipt of a request, or identified discrepancies, establishing a strict 30-minute time limit for awaiting delivery confirmation.
For repair planning, automatic insertion of agreed time intervals from the annual plan into the monthly schedule has been implemented, eliminating errors associated with manual transfer. Additionally, the data visualisation and export toolkit has been expanded: the equipment tree now allows selection of transmission lines outgoing from substations, increasing accuracy and ease of use, as well as the use of new repair schedule export formats, including the XLSX report «as on screen» and a version with extended information.
The upcoming update will include new functionality, strengthening the platform's position as an important component of the digital infrastructure of enterprises that meet industry reliability standards.
