In June 2022, Monitor Electric completed the automation of operational documentation management on the CK-11 platform at all power plants of Unipro PJSC.

The transition of operational documentation at Unipro PJSC power plants to electronic form began in 2019. A digital information model of the plants' electrical and thermal equipment was created, an electronic operational logbook, shift handover tools, and a technical and administrative orders logbook were deployed, and a subsystem for automatic notifications of important events via SMS and email to administrative and operational technical personnel was put into operation. Particular attention was paid to meeting information security requirements and automating access management for more than 1,000 users.

The deployment of CK-11 platform electronic logbooks has enabled Unipro PJSC to automate the processes of maintaining, archiving, storing, and analyzing operational documentation at the shift workplaces of power plant departments, and to improve management's awareness of ongoing events. This will lead to a significant reduction in staff labor costs for maintaining the operational logbook and a considerable simplification of collaboration when analyzing record archives by specialists from various company departments.
