CK-11 DEPLOYMENT AT TYUMEN CITY ELECTRIC NETWORKS
The first stage of the CK-11 platform deployment project, including SCADA applications and the electronic operational logbook, has been completed at the dispatch center of the Tyumen city electric networks, a branch of the Siberian-Urals Energy Company (SUENCO JSC).

The second stage of the project will involve the deployment of a suite of computational and analytical applications (DMS) and an outage management subsystem (OMS), enabling operational personnel to analyze the consequences of changes to the current operating regime directly within the SCADA interface using state estimation, steady-state calculation, reliability assessment, and other functions.

The implementation of this project will help reduce the number of emergency situations and the time required to restore power supply to consumers when they occur through:
- the use of modern tools for managing operational field crews;
- a reduction in the number of equipment failures and an overall decrease in wear intensity through more accurate operational monitoring of voltage and current load limits;
- automation of the process of generating reporting and analytical information at the dispatch center level.

The deployment of CK-11 at the Tyumen city electric networks of SUENCO represents the first full-scale implementation of a modern automated process control system in a Russian territorial grid company, with heightened customer attention to the return on investment in automation tools. The centralized architecture of the CK-11-based automated system applied in this project makes it possible to unify the technological management process across an organization with heterogeneous grid assets. In the future, this will enable the grid company to expand more efficiently by integrating small or disparate network sections, as well as networks that historically belonged to other owners.
