In the latest update of the CK.Logbooks product, a mechanism for automated preparation and verification of work permits for compliance with high-risk operations regulations has been implemented.

Previously, the responsible executor was forced to manually enter a large volume of data and independently formulate safety measure instructions, which created risks of inaccuracies and omission of mandatory items. To address this, industry reference guides with unified templates and standardised wording, organised by organisational attribute, have been introduced into the system. Now, based on the selected work template, the system automatically generates a complete list of required instructions and preparatory measures.

Standardisation of the permitting documentation preparation processes through unified templates minimises the likelihood of errors and ensures compliance with safety standards.
