GRID CONTROL CENTER OF ROSSETI CENTER IN RYAZAN BUILT ON CK-11
The Grid Control Center of Rosseti Center in Ryazan was visited by Igor Shchegolev, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy, and Nikolai Lyubimov, Governor of the Ryazan Region. The center serves a territory of 40,000 square kilometers and operates on the modern domestic CK-11 information platform, which provides real-time operational and situational management of more than 27,000 km of 0.4–220 kV transmission lines, 6,500 substations of 6–10 kV, and 153 substations of 35–110 kV, on which the power supply of more than 1.1 million people depends.
The deployment of the operational information system began in 2019. Specialists of Ryazanenergo, who received training at the Monitor Electric Training Center, independently created an information model of the entire electric network, including 6–10 kV distribution networks.
Currently, the Grid Control Center successfully operates the latest version of CK-11. The system software and DBMS comprise the Russian-made Astra Linux «Smolensk» operating system, certified by the FSTEC, with PostgreSQL. The deployment of the electronic operational logbook on the CK-11 platform has made it possible to fully transition the document flow of operational and technological management to electronic form.
