END-TO-END AUTOMATION OF OPERATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES ON THE UNIFIED DIGITAL PLATFORM СK AND ITS SYNERGETIC EFFECT
Experts of Monitor Electric spoke at the All-Russian Energy Forum EVO.INDUSTRY, which brought together over 500 representatives from mining, metallurgical, oil and gas, and energy sector companies. The greatest interest from businesses was generated by the unified real-time digital platform SK, solutions for improving network observability without capital investments in telemechanics systems based on СK and the CK.Advanced Metering HES energy resource metering platform, as well as the operational documentation automation system CK.Logbooks.

The capabilities of the СK ecosystem were presented by Alexey Karasev, Executive Director of Monitor Electric. During the forum's strategic session, held under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia Evgeny Grabchak, Alexey shared details on how CK-11 enables enterprise digital transformation, end-to-end automation of operational and technological processes, enhances reliability and efficiency of power system management, and replaces foreign software. CK-11 integrates the functional blocks of automated dispatching control systems into a common framework, implementing the concept of end-to-end automation of power system management, thereby increasing awareness among personnel and management regarding the network status and planned activities, while reducing labour and financial costs for operating upper-level automation tools. A prime example is the deep integration of operational management systems (SCADA/EMS) and technical accounting systems. The use of automated commercial electricity metering systems as a source of operational data on the state of the power system and equipment optimises the costs of implementing telemechanics at facilities where metering devices are already installed.

The topic of building a unified energy metering architecture at industrial enterprises was continued by Fedor Slastukhin, Project Manager for Industry at Monitor Electric, who delivered a presentation titled «Next-Generation Energy Metering: How an Integrated Energy Management System Replaces Telemechanics and Reduces Operational Losses for Industrial Enterprises.» Fedor spoke about end-to-end automation of business processes in the electric power industry, demonstrating how the integrated operation of automated commercial electricity metering and SCADA/EMS systems based on CK.Advanced Metering HES and CK-11 enhances the observability of an industrial enterprise's power system, accelerates decision-making in critical situations, and reduces capital expenditures for equipping facilities with data collection tools.

At the exhibition booth, Monitor Electric experts conducted over 10 presentations during the forum and discussed technical details of the proposed concept with dozens of representatives from mining and manufacturing companies. One of the key requests from enterprises today is the automation of documentation management required for operational and technological control of electric power facilities in accordance with applicable Russian regulatory acts. Monitor Electric offers a solution to this challenge — the CK.Logbooks system, which enables automated logkeeping at the enterprise and eliminates paper-based records.
