The application of modern technologies in the management of distribution electrical networks was discussed by employees from four companies: Rosseti Centre, Rosseti Lenenergo, Rosseti Ural, and Rosseti Moscow Region. The seminar, held at Monitor Electric's head office in Pyatigorsk, was attended by representatives of dispatch personnel, IT systems and communications development departments, electrical regime services, operational information complex maintenance services, and other related divisions. The meeting took place as part of the experience exchange on the implementation and operation of CK-11 software.

Colleagues engaged in an open dialogue to discuss current issues in electrical network management. The main topics of the seminar included:

- specifics of operational personnel interaction with SCADA functions;

- best practices for effective configuration of event summary and alarm logs;

- working with the electronic Operational Log and electronic Work Order and Instruction Log;

- utilising OMS capabilities for switching planning and execution;

- application of electrical regime calculations.
