System settings have been added to the CK.Outage Requests system to optimise request cancellation and approval processes. The request approval mechanism when working with external systems has been improved: account is now taken of future approval information when generating a dynamic route for a request received from an external system. A similar option has been implemented for request templates.

A system setting has been developed and added for the request cancellation route, allowing the initiation of the request cancellation route to be disabled when subscriber notifications are present. When this option is enabled, the request immediately transitions to the «Cancelled» status, bypassing the remaining route stages. The setting is disabled by default.
