Multiple persons responsible for conducting a drill can now be selected in the Staff Training Logbook. This enhancement facilitates the preparation of non-standard operational documentation and supports joint activities where several persons, including representatives of external organizations, are responsible for conducting a drill.

All selected personnel are granted equal rights to modify the activity record. Any of the designated responsible persons can enter the actual date of the drill, create a related activity, or add an observation in the relevant tab.

The information entered by the responsible persons is also transferred to other applications within CK.Logbooks. For example, reports based on the Special Training Logbook and the Emergency Response Drill Logbook are generated using the actual data on the person who entered the completion record.
