Monitor Electric is developing an experimental solution for automatic recording of operational communications, based on the application of artificial intelligence technologies.

The traditional method of manually recording the content of operational communications not only slows down the process of maintaining technological documentation but also increases the risk of losing critical information. The consequences of such errors can range from supervisory authority remarks to the liability of employees or enterprise management for the absence of necessary information in strict reporting documents.

The solution we are developing will enable automatic transcription of operational communications, generating a complete and reliable textual dispatcher report without personnel involvement.
