The first stage of development of the CK.ASR module, which enables automatic transcription of operational communications using artificial intelligence, has been completed.

CK.ASR records received reports and messages into the electronic Operational Log without manual entry. Thus, AI eliminates the loss of information obtained during operational communications and improves the quality and speed of record entry into electronic logbooks.

The effectiveness of the tool has been confirmed through testing by Monitor Electric partners. Transcription accuracy is estimated at 89% (based on operational communications from three organisations), with processing speed of approximately 0.7 seconds per minute of recording. Both indicators significantly exceed the planned targets.

The challenge of transcribing specific electric power industry terminology and dispatching names of individual enterprises has been resolved. CK.ASR automatically generates event text for the Operational Log and determines the record category based on context.

Pilot operation of the new module is planned at a number of enterprises. Tasks of varying complexity lie ahead: from voice input of reports into electronic logbooks to full decision support when issuing commands and transitioning to the «electronic dispatcher» format.
