Yekaterinburg Electric Grid Company is one of the oldest CK-11 deployment sites. The company's automated process control system (ASTU) utilizes a large number of CK-11 functions and components, has accumulated significant volumes of information, and has more than 400 registered users.

In November 2022, Monitor Electric specialists completed the migration of the Yekaterinburg Electric Grid Company's ASTU to the domestic Astra Linux OS and PostgreSQL DBMS.

A key feature of this project was that the work was carried out without any interruption to the operational personnel's activities, with all accumulated data preserved and transferred to the new storage.

Our company's specialists developed a unique migration methodology with verification of data integrity and application functionality at every stage. As part of the project, the information model, telemetry archives, logbook data, and geo-data were successfully migrated. All users were also transitioned to a new account management system, and the CK-11 platform and application components were updated.
