SPORT FESTIVAL STARTS CELEBRATIONS
Last weekend on March 16-17, Monitor Electric organized competitions between regional power industry companies in futsal, volleyball, table tennis and chess. The sports festival was dedicated to the 10-year anniversary of our company.
Futsal competitions expectedly turned out to be the most spectacular and emotional. In an uncompromising fight for the championship team Monitor Electric won gold, making a draw with a silver medal winner – the team of MES South and beating it by just one goal scored in the overall standings.
At the beginning of the chess tournament our sportsmen were quite successful. However, the third round became a surprise. In all our team got Bronze medals.
Table tennis is one of the most popular sports in Monitor Electric. Therefore two teams participated in competitions and six sportsmen took part in individual championship. However, the team of MRSK was the strongest this time and our team could get only Silver medals.
The second day of the tournament participants and fans were pleased by exciting volleyball battles. MRSK team was head and shoulders above all. Monitor Electric volleyball team lost in a bitter fight for the silver cup to ODU South team.
Competitions organizers strongly supported their team spirit, given the status of a festive event absolutely all the participants were awarded prizes.
Congratulations to the winners! We thank all the athletes and fans for their participation in the sports festival, which gave us all so many positive emotions and positive energy for a long time! We hope that together we will continue to develop this area, regularly hold joint sports events, and attract an increasing number of employees to become real athletes.
