The Electronic Logbook of Technical and Administrative Directives now enables users to specify target objects for the directives being issued. A target object can be a division, organization, station, or substation.

This functionality addresses two customer needs:

- It enables personnel to respond more quickly to management directives by displaying the directive target object in a dedicated field.

- It helps users filter and locate relevant objects more quickly when auditing electronic documentation.

Target objects are specified explicitly only for directives where this is required, ensuring convenient search and statistical analysis.
